Even though Upen Patel was born in India, he was raised in the UK, but quickly found his way back to Mumbai in hopes of becoming a model/actor.  Patel has modeled for international brands such as Hugo Boss, Paul Smith, and Zegna and at home for J J Vallaya, Manish Malhotra, Narendra Kumar and Arjun Khanna to name a few. He has also done numerous music videos including Bally Sagoo's superhit Bindiya Chamkegi. In 2006 he made his Bollywood debut in the murder mystery film 36 China Town, where he played a casanova type character who is suspected of murder.   His latest film was the flop, Money Hain Toh Honey Hain.
