Shilpa gets the throne for being just about everywhere, ALL the time. Seriously though, this chick has got it going on. After having met the Queen, the former Prime Minister of Britain and the Mayor of London, Shilpa Shetty will now receive one of the highest recognitions from the homeland, the 'Rajiv Gandhi National Quality Award'.
