Does what?.....you may be thinking...Diddy is NO stranger to the courtroom and looks as though he'll end up there in the near future facing assault charges...here goes! Sean "Diddy" Combs is denying that he assaulted a man outside of a hotel a couple of weeks ago. An alleged victim, Gerard Rechnitzer, filed a lawsuit against Diddy claiming that he punched him outside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Feb. 25. He’s seeking an undisclosed amount exceeding $25,000. According to the lawsuit, Rechnitzer, 27, a real estate agent, left a hotel restroom at about 2 a.m. to join his girlfriend, who was waiting for him in the valet area.  Full Story»

Responding to all the coverage on Kanye’s craving for curry and a whole host of Indian foods, Kanye’s publicist said he wasn't planning to be in New York during the week, and that the food wasn't for him.
