Billu Barber is a story which ends up taking an ordinary man and showing you his life. Simple and plain as it is at times things start to change for him and he ends up becoming and ordinary man who lives an extra ordinary life. Bilas Rao Pardesi was your average man living in a small village with his wife Bindiya and their two great kids Gunja and Duggu.

But one day everything changed. A superstar came into the village where they live and everything around them started to change. Life was not the same, people started acting differently and friends eventually left their old ways. But to the surprise of many on mans life did not... Billu Barber. But what is the reason behind this man not changing with the rest of the people? No one really understands. So the question ends up being will this ordinary man redefine the words ordinary by differentiating himself.

Will the world notice that there is something special behind the existence of this man? A greatness or something worth noticing that no one else seems to possess.
