It seems B-Town actress (??) Mallika Sherawat has been nominated for a position in Ask Men's 99 most desirable women of 2008.

The list compiled annually ranks famous females around the world on the basis of their desirability and our sultry stripper – oops! actress – has found herself in the running this year. Last year's winner had been the pop diva cum actress, Beyonce Knowles. The voting process for this year's edition of the Most Desirable Women's list began in the fall of 2006 when a list of 200 candidates was put forth to the site's readers and staff to vote for their favourite.

But one of the most hilarious parts of the poll is that although it asks for the voters to nominate 99 Most Desirable Women it asks them consider characteristics like intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition rather than only look at sex appeal and beauty! Right… The luscious actress is presently on 78th position with a desirability score of 76.3, reader score of 77.6 and Ask Men score of 75.0. So do you think Mallika deserves a place in the list?
