Serenading the world with over 12,000 songs, the Indian Queen of Pop Asha Bhosle is still going strong on her 77th birthday today. Singing for over six decades, Asha has reached out to many generations and she has mastered genres from ghazal to pop. 

The singer is still well known for her iconic tracks like "Piya Thu" as well as her more recent songs where she has remixed her classic pop tracks composed by her late husband and famous musician R D Burman.  

The popular Hindi playback singer stays on top of technology as she is very active on Twitter and recently tweeted about her next album.   We are glad to see that Asha is still going strong and wish her a very happy birthday!
