Do we have another Bollywood meets Hollywood adventure on our hands? The latest buzz from B-town is that "Kites" star Hrithik Roshan and "Twilight" actress Kristen Stewart are ready to team up for Shekhar Kapoor's upcoming movie "Paani."

It's been a long time coming! Director Shekhar Kapoor took to his blog to announce the good news in 2005: "Today another dream was rekindled. Paani! A film that has lived in my consciousness for almost 5 years, when I watched 50 women and children standing in the hot sun in Mumbai, with each carrying a bucket, waiting for a tap to start dripping with water."

Well, it's 2010 and it's about time the movie gets done! And as if signing Hrithik Roshan to the project wasn't cool enough, the buzz is that the popular "Twilight" and "New Moon" actress Kristen Stewart will be joining the team as well! Could this be the next big Hollywood meets Bollywood adventure for Hrithik? He already worked with Mexican actress Barbara Mori in the highly anticipated movie, "Kites," that will hit theaters on May 21. So why not keep this fusion cinema going and invite yet another Western actress to work with him? 

But the director is hesitant to talk about the exciting project as nothing has been confirmed:

"I can't speak of the cast on record until everything is in place. Too many times I've been accused of talking about projects that never happen. But did I announce Buddha or Mandela? No. If people jumped the gun, I can't help it. But "Paani" is a film that I'm definitely making, and this year," the Shekhar Kapoor recently told reporters.

So only time will tell if Hrithik will have an on-screen romance with the young Hollywood actress, although we have to say we would love to see the hot B-town heartthrob share some on-screen time with  the "Twilight" star and we're sure fans of Bollywood and Hollywood agree!
