Imran Khan wants to be a multi-tasking actor, which is why his now testing his vocal cords and taking up singing for his next film.

They’ve all done it, Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, so why not Imran? Presuming that his voice will be just as good as his acting, we have no problems!

Insiders reveal, ‘Imran and his co-star Pankaj Kapur have lent their voice to what is being referred to as the ‘street song’ in Vishal Bhardwaj's next project ‘Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola.’ The song is titled ‘Jalegi Kaise’ with lyrics given by Gulzar.’

We’ve been observing Imran’s look lately and not only have he grown a beard, but also lost weight for the role and now his taken up the challenge of singing. No wonder director Vishal is praised for getting his actors out of there comfort zones!
