Jay Sean’s in London baby, and this time he will be returning back to the US with more than he could have imagined! The second annual Asian Awards ceremony which celebrates achievements in the worlds of music, entertainment, sport and business took place last night, and Jay even bagged an award of his own.

However, the excitement didn’t stop there for the singer, as live on the red carpet; Jay rubbed shoulders with India’s legendary singer, Asha Bhosle.

Standing side by side, we say Jay actually made Asha Bhosle blush a little when he said, ‘I just wana watch as a fan and hear you sing.’ However Asha wasn’t going to give in that easily until Jay agreed to sing with her. Jay then quickly suggests a Bollywood classic, 'Chura liya hai tumne'; a line he used in one of his own songs titled Stolen.

While Jay states that he wasn’t expecting this on the red carpet, we weren’t expecting Jay to join in with the Hindi lyrics to the song, but he did great!

It was definitely a momentous moment for both the singers who also won an award.
