Jay Sean has been seen all over the place lately so you never know where you will find him next. Well we spotted the pop artist singing live in New York City's High Line park recently. The Cash Money family member is walking around the park singing his hit single "Down" with passion and his poor guitar player is following him around.

Why are we calling the gutarist poor you may ask? Well, it's because it's not easy to keep up with the R&B sensation while you are playing an instrument and following him through an area with trees.

In fact, if you play close enough attention you will see the poor guy run into one while he follows Jay Sean during his performance. Regardless, Jay Sean and his guitar player performed well as they always do when they are seen together.
