Look who's not the typical one trick pony!  The hot and sexy John Abraham has proved that he can do more than just act! After riding on nothing but success from his film, 'Dostana', the sexy heartthrob is now focusing on UTV's new project - 'Hook ya Crook', where he plays a professional cricketer. John Abraham is learning the game under Dinesh Lad who is also the coach for Rohit Sharma.  John Abraham is a pro when it comes to playing footaball and he proved that in his role for his film, 'Goal'. So will he be able to do the same with cricket?

John Abraham will be playing the fame with national level cricketers like Mahendra Dhoni and a number of other star cricketers as well, who are yet to be finalized. The film will be directed by the laughter riot king - David Dhawan, who shifts gears from comedy to thriller. Cricket being the most appealing to the mass audience, the director decided to use it as the film's background.

David Dhawan, confirmed the news and quoted that John Abraham and him are crazy cricket fans, but neither of them are good on the field. The director adds that John Abraham  needs to be quite convincing as a cricket player. Since he will be playing alongside such experienced cricketers, he needs to add the professional touch on the field. Hence John Abraham has taken up the coaching quite seriously. He's been spending most of his time, practicing and playing opposite his friends and getting tips from the coach. The shooting for 'Hook ya Crook' begins next week. You will have to watch and see how good he does on the field and how hot he looks in a cricket uniform! Ooh la la
