Well, well, well! Looks like things are only looking up for "Down" star Jay Sean! The U.K cutie was dubbed "the most successful male U.K. urban artist in U.S chart history" by the BBC just the other day, and now he has been invited by mega pop star Justin Timberlake to perform at his upcoming charity event "The Justin Timberlake and Friends Concert Benefiting Shriners Hospitals For Children," held in Las Vegas on October 17.

Other stars set to perform include country starlet Taylor Swift, R&B beauty Alicia Keys, rap legend Snoop Dogg and Hip-Hop hottie Ciara. What a line-up!

The show will benefit the Shriners Hospitals For Children, an international institution that provides care and teaching programs at its facilities, treats patients suffering from burns, spinal cord injuries, cleft lip, and so much more.
