Ooh la la, we've got some hot shots from the 2009 Kingfisher Calendar! So here is the scoop on the calendar and the models! The models wore some of the best designer brands including Jean Paul Gaultier, Dean von Furstenberg, and Moschino. Their accessories were created and provided by Fendi, Lanvin, and Hamilton. The photographic equipment used was Canon, with the pictures being shot by renowned photographer, Atul Kasbekar, and the locations included some of the most beautiful getaway destinations such as, Thailand.

 It's no surprise that many people came out to this year's Kingfisher Calendar release party for 2009. The brunch party was served to a guest list which included people such as Arjun Rampal, Ritu Kumar, and Rahul Dev. The launch party was hosted by none other than the Chairman of Kingfisher, Dr. Vijay Mallya at The UB group at The Hub, Emporium Mall in New Delhi. This year's calendar which boasts being the best one yet includes two side by side images of the models each month and the pictures this year appear both in color and black and white. The models featured were Moni Kangana Dutta from India, Tamara Moss (Holland and India), Nargis Fakhri (Czech Republic and Pakistan), Suisa Jongsawat (Thailand), Katya Melnikova (Russia), and Mimi Blix (Norway and Uganda).

 Dr. Vijay Mallya said,"As one of the most well known and respected consumer brands in the country, Kingfisher has become synonymous with a lifestyle that encompasses some of the finest things in life.  With our airline going global, this was the right time to present some of the finest models from around the globe. I am sure this year to the calendar will be a much coveted possession for one and all."
