Bollywood loves animals and more and more stars are joining the movement to protect them! Sonam Kapoor has joined PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, in its fight for the protection of Maharashtra's birds, Amitabh Bachchan recently became the brand ambassador of WWF India's 'Save The Tiger' campaign, and Abhay Deol works with the Indian NGO Wildlife S.O.S to ban the use of bears who dance on the street for entertainment purposes.

Some Bollywood stars also love to help a good cause by posing for PETA's cameras, even if it means taking off their clothes! Lara Dutta, who recently became the newest ambassador for PETA, isn't getting naked for the cause. Rather she is covering her body in vegetables in order to promote vegetarianism, and we have to say the actress looks hot in her green garb! 

PETA stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and Lara Dutta has always been an animal lover. Following in the footsteps of Shilpa Shetty and Celina Jaitley, Lara can now say that she is a proud member of the movement. For her first commercial, the Blue actress is sporting an all green dress and supporting the "Go Vegetarian" cause. With her beauty and charm we hope Lara captivates the hearts of many and continues to do amazing work.

"Even seemingly small choices can have a big impact on our health, our community and the world around us. Going vegetarian is one of the easiest ways to improve our health, help countless animals and protect the Earth," Lara said about her work for PETA. Seems like the actress and PETA ambassador knows what she is doing and could become a brilliant spokeswoman for animals everywhere!
