The album entitled ‘Faith’ on Pranay Records focuses on Sikhism as Mehsopuria has created an album of Prayers & Shabbads from the ‘Gurbani’. The album also contains both the Japji and Rehras Sahib (Sikh morning & evening prayers), with 7 composed and sung Shabbads by Mehsopuria as well. The popular Bhangra singer contends that though he was not in fact baptized a Sikh and is off the path the Bani shows he feels that reciting and learning about the Bani is always enlightening.
