The ever-gorgeous exotic beauty Mya has returned with her fourth album ‘Liberation’. Produced by mastermind Scott Storch and J.R. Rotem ‘Liberation’ features major collabos by rappers like Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg and Charli Baltimore. But if you were wondering whether this was some slip-shot album just to let critics know that she is still around… think again! It’s actually been in the works for three years! So this should definitely explain the quality of music to expect!

Originally scheduled for a summer 2005 release as a project called ‘Control Freak,’ Mya had intended on releasing a dance track called ‘Let It Go’ however, the RnB songstress left A&M Records before signing a new contract with Motown Records. She then renamed her album ‘Liberation’. A far better choice that ‘Control Freak’ for sure!

‘Liberation’ consists of thirteen tracks and with hook-ups by leading industry producers which include Tim & Bob, Bryan Michael Cox and Tricky Stewart and one thing that we can assure is that this album will definitely be smoking!!! Already released in Japan in October of last year as a digital download, ‘Liberation’ is set to launch at the end of January and get this there are 18 left-over tracks that will not be included on the album! Is that unbelievable or what? AND check this... these tracks featured collabos with The Game, Jennifer Lopez and Sean Garret! Let’s hope she knows what she’s doing by leaving out such hottt tracks!!
