Sahara India group held the Sahara Sports Awards gala on Monday in Mumbai and Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone shone with her glamorous presence. The awards celebrate anyone who’s anyone in sports from sports coaches, officials and administrators to the actual champions, at a ceremony.

We think that Deepika might have taken the sports theme a bit too literally though and decided to wear something that can best be described as a Bollywood inspired swimsuit and dress all in one, toppled off with some jewelry covering her head and face, maybe a fancy replacement for a swimmer’s headgear?
