Which is Your Favorite Artist Gone Bhangra For a Day?

With sick beats that can get anyone dancing, Bhangra music has exploded on dance floors across the globe. And with a genre that everyone is in love with you know that artists are going to ride on the success of this type of music. Several artists who normally don’t sing or produce Bhangra tracks have brought the genre to their albums and tracks.

Look where Bhangra beats are being dropped now; Finland! In the video for the track  "Päälliköt on Voittamattomii" ("The Chieftains Are Invincible"), Finnish artist Shava and Punjabi singer Gurcharan Mall get down to Bhangra beats with Finnish vocals!

Rapper AG Dolla dropped a sick album, "Mr Shah," with equally sick tracks this past June. His album was very diverse in styles and types of music. So with all the different genres featured, you know he had to bring some Bhangra to his album. And so he did with the track "Club Crazy." This catchy beat was not only a success but also a favorite with many AG fans.

Rishi Rich is notorious for producing great fusion beats and the track “Rise and Fall” with Craig David got the world talking.

The Bilz and Kashif’s career skyrocketed when they brought some Bhangra flavor to their track "2 Step Bhangra." These Urban Desi boys brought in singer So-d to add rich Punjabi vocals to the sexy track. And while The Bilz and Kashif are no Bhangra artists, bringing this genre to their song sure was a good move on their part!

So check out some videos of artists gone Bhangra for a day and let us know which one is your favorite.
