Young Archie Unveils His 'Bombay Angel'

British born producer, Young Archie has released his first solo track titled, ‘Bombay Angel.’

The track takes inspiration from an A.R. Rahman composition called ‘Kehna Hi Kya’, which was apart of the Bollywood film, ‘Bombay’ released back in 1995.

The video has been shot in Manchester and Arhcie is simply walking down the streets with a camera following him from behind. Some shots have also been filmed in a studio, but Archie has preferred to hide face.

We believe the track has something to do with the UK Riots that took place last year August. The video has been shot in Archie’s hometown, Manchester and aims to send out a positive message.

Archie explains, ‘In bad times somehow we forget the good, but this video reminds us that even in dark times we can always find a light. The video screams to the people to be proud of who you are and where you come from and that is simply what this video is all about.’

Were you affected by the UK Riots? Can you relate to Young Archie’s bolly-house track, ‘Bombay Angel’?
